I contacted Philadelphia Lock & Key to replace several locks and handles, using a hardware that I had already purchased and Oliver was the locksmith tech who got back to me, he gave me a quote after sending him some photos and we scheduled an appointment. Oliver arrived on time and right away noticed additional things that needed to be fixed, he did a fantastic job and the additional cost was quite acceptable, there was absolutely no pressure at all, excellent job totally appreciated.
