Mickie was fantastic. He came exactly on time, worked very quickly and did everything professionally. While checking the locks he found some minor issues that I did not even mention before. He explained the situation to me and fixed them while he was here. He did not try to make additional unnecessary charges which I really appreciated. Mickie was easy to communicate with and obviously cares about doing good work. I would definitely recommend Philadelphia Lock & Key.
