I was rushing out and immediately realized I left my keys inside the apartment and locked myself out. Philadelphia Lock & Key dispatcher told me he’d have a technician calling me back to set up an appointment.
A minute later Liam called and gave me a 30 minutes time frame of arrival. He showed up in less than 20, quickly opened the door and was very kind and friendly.
