I purchased online 3 Schlage Encode Lever locks and Bruce came out to install them in our new office. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Bruce arrived right on time. He install the new locks, cleaned up after himself and disposed the old knobs for us. He also connect the locks to our Wi-Fi network and was patient enough to help my team to install the app and instruct them how to use the lock properly!
