Lucas was able to come immediately when I called and when he arrived he explained that my locks are Kwikset SmartKey which are designed to protect against lock picking and unfortunately he needs to drill the lock in order to open the door. Before he started he offer also to install new locks instead and quoted me a very reasonable price. He drilled the locks within minutes and completed the job within half an hour. Great guy, honest and reliable, definitely recommend and use his services again.
