My front doorknob broke and I needed someone to fix it ASAP!  I called few places but Bruce from Philadelphia Lock & Key was the most responsive he answered my call right away and asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob then he quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and said he can make it to my place within 30 minutes.
